Project Management Plan — (template)

The Project Management Plan document has been developed by the Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) in consultation with Re-Engineering Australia (REA) Foundation Ltd. as a resource to assist teams in developing and administering a plan to successfully manage their F1 project.
Teams will learn about and be provided with:
- Simple principles and concepts of Project Management;
- The purpose of a Project Management Plan; and
- A Project Management template based on a fictitious team named 'Fireball'.
This document is provided as a guide only. It is recommended that teachers assist students in adapting the template to meet individual team needs. The DMO and REA welcome from teachers and students, suggestions and feedback for improving this resource.
